This is a link to my class blog. This can be used by educators to demonstrate aspects of language under study or by students for their independent study. The idea of it is to take the form of a one stop shop for suitable effective free study resource materials and to reduce workloads for colleagues by sharing materials. It also serves to give students access to study materials 24/7 so that students are can study when and where they want. I generally demonstrate one site per week to the students to allow them to recognise the usefulness of specific sites and to familiarise them with the content of particular sites.
As homework the students have to explore one site per week and email me a report as to how useful they found the site, what language skills it could be used to develop, how easy to was to navigate and who it would be useful for.
